<p>Our building process is carefully and professionally managed. Working with homebuyers throughout the decision-making and planning process, our goal is to help customers select a location, home style, and completion date that meets their needs. We work with our customers at length and incorporate their design and layout preferences into the final home plans. A team of design experts identifies the structural, design, and financial implications of each customization.
<p>Homebuyers also receive expert interior design advice from Provencal's design staff. We assist customers with the choices they will need to make. Our design experts can answer questions regarding custom interior and exterior options, such as flooring, lighting, appliances, woodwork, color schemes, and all other aspects of construction.
<p>We approach each home as a work of art. But we recognize that a custom home must be as functional as it is beautiful. So we combine stunning architectural design with floor plans and features that are as efficient as they are unique. A stunning reflection of the diverse customers we serve, Provencal homes have unique characters both inside and out.
